Just wondered what everyone is using to track?

Anyone doing Weightwatchers on here?
I did WW ages ago, but now I am using calories to track daily - I do have a lot of respect for WW information they give at their classes. Their recipes all work out really well and am tasty despite being low calorie.
I've not done ww but I'm currently using health tracker app on my phone which allows you to scan foods showing their calories. After adding your general information and how much weight you would like to use you can add foods as you eat and keep constant track of your intake. It even gives little tips at the end of each day
I have been doing weightwatchers and have now got to gold weight yippeee!!! Since then I do need to pay a monthly subscription which allowed me access to the online points calculator. i must admit I was lost as how to calculate what the points were. I have now decided to use calories like mietjie above as it is much simpler and I am now eating a very healthy diet. Big respect for WW as I still attend their meetings and they are great support. P.S you can buy a WW calculator if you don't have access to the WWapp or online tools.
Well done on getting to gold, i'm very jealous!!!!!!!!!, I have got a calculator which i use but i am looking for something online where i could track properly without having to pay a WW subscription. I have been using "my fitness pal" which is brill for tracking calories but obviously you can't track WW points on this. thanks
I'm following the new WW and use the website to track downloaded the android app but found it took up a lot of room and didn't work as well as I'd hoped so uninstalled.
I used to do ww i found it brill and i lost just over a stone but then my husband got ill and had to give up work and i could no longer go,and from then i have piled on the weight
Yes, and lost1.5 stone. I find it much easier than adding individual calories, I never feel hungry and there is always something I am allowed to eat. It works well if you stick to it properly.
