Morning all,
I don’t know if anyone else loves a fizzy drink in hot weather but can’t do diet versions because sweeteners don’t agree with them - but I’ve found DASH water to be a game changer! It’s just carbonated water with a splash of real fruit juice in (the raspberry, lemon, lime and grapefruit are low FODMAP) which tastes lovely and refreshing and has stopped me reaching for the Coke!
*Dog however is unimpressed
