WOW Goal2 and welcome to our weight loss support community. Well done for losing all those stones. If you click on the link below you’ll see our pinned posts and everything we have to offer. I suggest that you begin with our weekly weigh in and our daily diary.

After being really poorly in hospital I don’t like bread I can’t stand cooking oil don’t have any fried food I use My air fryer air fryer to do most of my cooking now I watch what I eat for my breakfast. I have noodles and an egg for lunch usually some fruit and for dinner a slimming world meal and I don’t eat after 8 o’clock at night. I think the worst time for me is late night time because I always used to have a snack but I’ve stopped it. so after 8 o’clock in the evening, I don’t have anything other than water..

You are very welcome, Goal2. What an achievement 🙌 Are you here just for a short visit, or are you joining our different activities?

I’m part of the Weekly Weigh In, where we step on the scales at home and share our weight once a week and support each other through ups and downs,

I also use the Daily Diary to write down what I’m planning to eat the next day and report how the day went. It helps me stay on plan to have those daily, honest check ins with myself and a supportive community who are always willing to share their own ideas and suggestions.

Right now I’m also part of a four week long Spring challenge with different topics every week. They also keep me on my toes.

Wow, that is some weight loss in a very short time! Whatever you are doing is obviously working for you. The benefit of joining a group like this is you will receive support and encouragement, particularly when things get boring or tough. We all choose our own way and no-one will criticise what you are doing. Also, I find it’s good to show up and tell people how it’s going and get a handhold when it’s needed.

Good luck!
