I think it's because this week's been hectic and I haven't had that much time to do my hitt exercises I normally do an hour before bed.
If I could exercise during the day would help but the only time I could do that would be maybe after breakfast but then it would be bizarre. What are your exercise normal regimes?
With the rainy weather all week I only managed to walk in the park once this week

You are 100% right . If I drop exercise the weight piles on even if I eat same amount and food . I do Zumba via You Tube , have an exercise bike as I find it dangerous to cycle nearby . I merrily rode down a cycle path and 2 idiots with no bike bells forced me into a ditch . I only swim on holiday as the local pools are dirty so I try and walk but the awful weather- I don’t walk in rain has stopped me.
