Today's the day 2. It hasn't been any special really, mostly resting from yestedays gym training. I could feel it today that I haven't been to the gym for a while, my legs feel like logs and I walk like a penguin. 😂 But in a good way. I ate 3 meals today, same as yesterday. Tomorrow while on my walk I will go to the store to buy some chicken, salad and vegetables for the rest of the weeks meals. Also some fruit I can eat with one meal. I haven't felt hunger, even though my meal sizes are way smaller than before. I used to eat one big meal which usually lead to over eating, so I'm glad that my body has adapted to multiple small meal plan already.
I'm thinking of postin here daily until Sunday, and after that maybe do weekly updates since my days are pretty boring. I rarely deviate from my training programs or meal plans when I get it going and making it a routine, so I would be mostly just repeating my previous posts. 😅
