I bought some of these for some reason, what should I do with them, any ideas other than sprinkling on my breakfast yogurt?

I’ve just tried this and had some with fresh strawberries - OMG the best thing I’ve tasted since I started back on sugar free this year!,

Hi Frenchfields I microwave them with mashed raspberries to make jam without added sugar. Not quite the same, but a good substitute.

Thank you everyone, I added some to my breakfast yogurt, and also one of the links above reminded me of some seed crackers I used to make with ground linseed chia and sesame mixed to a dough texture with water, add some seasoning and spice. roll out very thinly, can sprinkle with salt crystals or a little parmesan cheese. and bake for a short time. Great for dipping in humus or with cheese. 👍
