Joined Slimming Club

Following on from my earlier post I have joined a slimming club plus also gone back to the Gym. Together with this site hope I loose some weight.

Well done. That's a good start. I joined slimming world and today I have lost a total of 5stone 12 lbs. I also won woman of the year for our group. Tho I don't go to the gym. I find that boring tbh and it affects my arthritic kness. I did try but my knees suffered. But I have started swimming. Thats a lot better for my arthritis. I do find staying to group every week so helpful and keeps me motivated. I only have 1 stone 3lbs left to lose before I get to where I want to be.Good luck on your journey.

Thank you. You can do it as well. Just keep going to the meetings. Even when you think you haven't done well as the group will keep you inspired

Got weighed today and have lost 3.5 pounds. Well pleased.
