Returning After Being Missing In Action !!

Hello, my name is Siggie and I have been missing from the forum for the past couple of weeks, with the exception of my weekly weigh in on Monday, I haven't been involved in any discussions on any thread which is very unlike me.

I couldn't put my finger on why, I haven't fallen off the weight loss wagon ( well, not completely), I feel positive and motivated and I have had enough time in the evening, even if it was a quick 10 minutes.

I have been busy helping my OH rebuild our shed and organising the back garden and my runs have increased as I train for my 16.2 mile race in October, but i realise that this forum is a integral part of my 'me time' and I haven't had much of that recently.

So, as from Monday I shall be posting every day and I'm very much looking forward to rejoining in the conversations .😊

Interesting - I was just asking that question on the weight loss forum Progressoverperfect I was wondering if it's because it's the end of summer. Still trying to get my steps in before I go to bed tonight, just because determined is my middle name! 😡

I really find that if I don’t visit the forum I lose focus. For ages all I was posting was on the Fit is Fun posts & the weight crept back on.

I rejoined the weekly weigh in back in June & that really helped me .

Good luck 🤞🏻
