They are different varieties, and my local supermarkets don't have any varieties with stripes, so if I was to guess the one on the left is from the supermarket, and the one on the right is "organic"

Spot on... Oops I've given the game away

My guess are zucchinis. Don't know from looking at them which is organic.

I’ve noticed that organic fruits and vegetables are smaller in size compared to non- organic.

As I look at the pic - on my right is organic, left is supermarket. Haven't yet scrolled down to see other answers.

Hi springersrule and thank you for your invite. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia following spinal surgery in 2019, MoyaMoya in 2015 and NF1 since birth. I have put on so much weight in the last few years since starting new medication. I am always looking for recepies, but being dairy and gluten free, this is hard. I've recently purchased an air fryer, so I'm hoping this will encourage me to try and eat a little healthier. I have a very sweet tooth, so am going to need all the help I can get.

Hi Littlefighter82, the fighter part of your name is certainly apt for you. Sorry you are battling with all that. We can certainly help you, this forum is all to do with peer to peer support and we have members with all sorts of health conditions and on all sorts of eating plans, i'm sure we have some that are dairy free and gluten free (not sure if they have both though tbh). The air fryer sounds like it will be a great and helpful addition to your kitchen :-)

Have a good look round the site, start off with the welcome newbies post in the Pinned Posts area, here's a link healthunlocked.com/weight-l...

We reccomend everyone starts with the Weigh In and the Daily Diary. Both will give you lots of supports and ideas. When you go on to Pinned Posts they are both listed there as are our other weekly, bi-monthly and monthly posts. Just join in with any others that appeal.

Great to have you with us, best of luck xx

The one on the left supermarket the one on the right organic. Can you tell me if organic tomartoes taste better than normal supermarket ones. There is quite a difference in price and I would buy them if they taste nicer.

If I compare them to my grocery stores and the organic and farm-factory veggies, I would guess the larger one on the left side is organic because it looks more natural, and has a bow in her body.

The smaller one on the right looks so uniform like a tin soldier and I know in Germany the normal veggies always have to be the same size and without a natural bow in the body.
