I was amazed when I discovered I was prediabetic. I have adjusted my diet. In the past I have believed I had enough exercised enough doing gardening and DIY plus walking when I can fit it in.
I have my daily and weekly average for steps. Since January my weekly average are shown as between 9,523 and 4,520.
I am hopeful that with the adjustments I have made to my diet my health will improve.

A positive approach and although walking steps aren't that many gardening I find it quite physical . Fresh air too . It took a while for my veg patch to get established . My winter raspberries have produced a crop in June and my early rhubarb was so welcome with porridge and Greek yogurt . As long as I get something but I wouldn't be invited onto Gardeners World !
