My weight today is 79 kilos. I went on a 4-day vacation and gained a full kilo.😲 Imagine what my weight would be if I stayed a week! I need to get to 67 kilos to be back in range of a healthy weight. I know that I've let my weight go this past 18 months. It's bad for my health. I've got to go to my annual physical this summer and I'm dreading getting on the scales. Thanks for letting me join.
