My weight today is 79 kilos. I went on a 4-day vacation and gained a full kilo.😲 Imagine what my weight would be if I stayed a week! I need to get to 67 kilos to be back in range of a healthy weight. I know that I've let my weight go this past 18 months. It's bad for my health. I've got to go to my annual physical this summer and I'm dreading getting on the scales. Thanks for letting me join.

Firstly can i say that your small gain on holiday is perfectly natural and the ups and downs are to be expected as we live an active social life. The trick is to make sure that when in our normal routine we have a life style that we enjoy but that is sustainable. Tweaks are easy to make before or aftera holiday or a celebration to get us back to where we were.
We strongly suggest evereyone new reads and contributes to the Daily Diary and participate in a Weekly Weigh in. You will make lots of friends on both threads and get lots of support and advice to help you to reach your goal.
