Hello PB30 and welcome back to Weight Loss Support.

Congratulations on losing 1 stone of what you’ve put back on. It’s not good to go to bed hungry though and hopefully you can get some ideas about what might keep you fuller for longer, without compromising any weight loss.

All our current groups can be found in the link below. These include the Daily Diary where we post our menus and some members include what sort of plan they are following, which can be very useful if you’re not sure on the best approach for you.

Good luck with finding the best plan for you.

Hello PB30, I wish you well on your new journey, feeling hungry is not good and I hope you find your way to help with this and still lose weight steadily. On my journey I am finding slow wins the race, but one size does not fit all. Take care xx

Oh dear, I'm so sorry to hear that. Ok, so we know dieting isn't that difficult. But keeping it off seems to be the biggest challenge for most of us. Can I ask, are you the type that just eats too much or are you a binge eater? I'm a binge eater, so I'm having to take a different path to psychological change with my issues around food

I'm not aware of why I put weight back on! There is only one thing I know I shouldn't eat as much of and that is cheese.

I too have returned after regaining 1 stone of the stone and a half that I lost 4 years ago.

I now have high cholesterol too. All rather frustrating.

I , like Lynne64, find maintaining the loss far harder than losing the weight in the first place.

However we are both back with this lovely supportive group who never went away, I suppose we need to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves down and carry on.

Same here! I lost weight, piled it back on and have returned here!

Goodluck!

As for hunger maybe try a very small handful of nuts in the evening? They are surprisingly very filling and could take the edge off that hunger whilst having healthy fibre and nutrients!

Not what you're looking for?
