Hi everyone. So, after illness, hospitals, surgery and recovery, I'm back and focusing on losing a minimum of the 2 and a half stone that I have acquired thanks to steroids and being on my own. I'm back cooking and managing that ok now by cooking for 4 and freezing 3 making it easier on days when I really don't feel like it. I've lost 3.5 lbs over 3 weeks which isn't staggering but it's a start but I am still on steroids so I know it isn't going to be eady. Any suggestions for getting that 1lb a week up a bit would be gratefully received!

Back for another go
Welcome back and lovely to see you. Illness, hospitals, surgery and recovery - that sounds like a lot! Glad to hear you are in a place where you can take further steps to look after yourself. I'd say don't rush with the result as such, take one day at a time, making sure that your food is healthy and enjoyable. Would be lovely to see you actively involved on the forum as well. We find it helps!
If you need a reminder what we have on, you can find everything in our Pinned Posts: healthunlocked.com/weight-l...
Hope to see you around!
That's a good result over 3+ weeks, don't knock it. And good planning to always have a meal in the freezer for when you don't feel like cooking.
Why not join the weigh in today and have a chat with people there? And have a look at the daily diary and start adding your meal plans there.
Have a good week
welcome back! And well done on the loss. I’m not sure if you’re up for adding exercise yet. But even just a stroll done the street and back will feel great. Good luck with getting back into it x
