Not been on for a while been suffering with some ill issues, been off work for a month. Finding trouble to be able to talk to my doctors having trouble with depression and finding it hard lose weight my appetite is not good when I have been able to get in touch with the doctors just been given tablets to help with my appetite and to sleep a bit better.

Hello Hip2, sometimes life isn't easy and I have found an awful lot of help from this forum when I have asked for it, it can get you through the rougher times with friends with you for company. Take care and happier days xx

Perhaps a safe, GP-referred support group to help with the depression may motivate you, or help take the pressure of high expectations off. They may also have suggestions about how to insist about being attended to, or refer to other safe, vetted specialists.

Yes I had a phone call today from the doctors, someone from a support group they are going to send me some information and phone numbers which I could get in touch with after Christmas. Hopefully it will help me.
