Oh, what rotten luck. I'm not surprised you're feeling sorry for yourself :(

Have a look round the forum and see what you can join in, for a bit of company and chat. Here's the link that will take you to the daily diary, chat, weigh in etc healthunlocked.com/weight-l... If you're doing any reading to pass the time, then join in with Read All About It

Dear Bowling10, I'm so sorry to hear about your accident. I quite understand how frustrating it must be. As already suggested there are lots of possibilities here to pass the time of day.

Could you contact your medical team about the migraines, that would be a big problem solved.

Keep in touch :)

Hi there,

As TheTabbyCat says, get in touch with your medical team/111 if in UK, about the migraines as you said you banged your head.

Let us know how you get along.

Good morning or maybe not, have you contacted anyone about your fall or did the para medics come out and advise? Headaches after banging your head should be dealt with with care . Do you normally have migraines? I presume you have a support on your leg that you broke. When I broke my foot I spent a fair bit of time on this site chatting I was also recovering from a total knee replacement. My motto is it never rains but what it pours take things very carefully it does take time to get over a fall the chair or bed is best if you are not too good. And definately let your DR know you are not well or save on your feet. 111 or 999 are there if things get worse. Do take care and try the different sites on here as I am sure you will find people with similar stories who can advise. Stay safe &warm.

oh I’m. So so sorry to hear this.

When did this happen?

You need to make sure that the bump on the head has not caused a concussion ?? Perhaps that that checked out. The headaches could be an indicator of a concussion.

Take lots of care. Xx

Hello and welcome to this friendly forum and thank you for your support. Can I ask if you are on a weight loss journey or just here to support? You are very welcome.

I am glad you are reading the posts and getting support. I see you were here some time ago so I hope you are finding your way around. There have been some changes so all the information you need can be found in pinned postshealthunlocked.com/weight-l...

Do have a good look around. You might like to start by posting your start weight on the weigh in. The link can be found in pinned posts.

Keep reading the posts and join in as much as possible. If you have any questions just ask

thank you. I do struggle finding my way around and I’m wondering if it’s because I’m using my phone?

I can’t remember what day of the week my weigh in was. Is that something I can find out ? Thank you. X

It is more difficult to find your way around using a phone. If you have a laptop it might be worth trying that.

The weigh in is open all week now and you can weigh in on whatever day suits you. If you want to go back to your original weigh in day it was a Monday. (Click on your user name which takes you to your profile and scroll down through replies which shows all your replies including weigh ins).
