Hi. Be cutting ym drink odwn apst 6 weeks it was too easy after, day work opening abottle wine at a meal. I be still buying the iwne each ewek ont drinking them nad realised the omney I aws saving. Energy was better even enjoying taking dog 4long walks. I week 6 and I set a goal my goal drink free days r 5 week struggle at times but I feel so much h better still want support knowing I am not alone and can chat to others is great
