Well being so desperate to loss weight I read about a product called Leanbiome.Its probiotics that are supposed to balance out your gut and inner digestive system and in the process help with losing belly fat,lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels. All the reviews are positive,but they come from America and cost so much money and there are shipping costs too. I would like to know what other people think about probiotics and can they help with weight loss? Has anyone used or read about Leanbiome. Opinions would be greatly appreciated

Hi Pixielou and welcome back. I haven't heard of this probiotic so have looked it up. My warning bells went off as soon as i saw it was a "diet pill". I personally wouldn't go down that route but that isn't to say you shouldn't. Having said that my advise would be to just look at what you are eating and choose whole, fresh foods and cook from scratch wherever possible. In my opinion i don't think taking a probiotic will do you any harm but even with the reviews, i wouldnt like to say it will help you to lose weight.
Why not become an active member here on the forum? There is so much help and advise available, free of charge too, and we've all been in your shoes weight wise. The power of this community is awsome.

Gut health is definitely coming to the fore in thinking about weight and general health and wellbeing but you don't need to buy packaged products.
