I’ve joined to help keep me focused on my weight loss journey! Over past 18 months out on weight and am focused on loosing 30 pounds across next 12-16 weeks. Which is in some ways rather daunting! I’ve not weighed this much (11.9st) and am usually around 9.7-9.10st, going home to 10.3/4 stone in darker months (I get SAD, well bad). I know I can do this - once in 2012 after a very stressful few years I weighed similar but by Spring 2013 through healthy eating and exercise became much healthier at 9st 4. So, here I go - for me the first three weeks are the most challenging - changing habits, being disciplined. I’ve booked a holiday end of March to a sunnier climate, to give me that focus. You seem very focused and determined, which is a good thing, but make sure you don't set targets that may be difficult to achieve and concentrate on things that are within your power. Here's hoping to see you more often than once a week
