I only have a few seconds like this AM. Finished my tasty, daily oatmeal, banana, coffee breakfast. Heard the voice " want more, want to continue eating...have an egg with extra white and something salty maybe with it"...now the other healthy voice "NO, DON'T DO THIS . YOU KNOW WHERE IT LEADS. QUICK YOUR DESKTOP, TO REACH OUT TO THE GROUP, ACROSS THE OCEAN. FAST OR YOUR FOOD DEVIL WILL ENCOMPASS YOU IN AN EATING SPELL. Made you so miserable yesterday, remember?? DONE. AND HERE I AM. A LIFE LONG FOOD ADDICTED STRUGGLER WHO CAN'T GIVE UP THIS FIGHT!
I speak only for me. This is my truth, my experience only. Thank you all for being here. casasera

I am healthiest and comfortable when I include ALL foods. But that's just me. I support whatever works for anyone else. Have my own DNA and life history. Thank you for responding. Hope all's well with you.
Dear Casacera, I know that voice only too well. But on this group there are all these other voices giving love and support. And we’re all so loud that we drown out that horrible voice 🥰😊😘
Hi petcheeth welcome to this amazing forum and thanks for your support. You don't mention if you're on your own weight loss journey or just visiting but whichever way I suggest you spend some time clicking about to find your way around. It's easier if you have a lap-top as there are several threads.
Have a good read of the pinned post “Welcome Newbies” and follow every thread.
I strongly suggest you read and contribute to the Daily Diary and participate in a Weekly Weigh in.
You will find there's loads of tips about better eating, from other members. Sharing your daily menu not only helps you stay committed, it can help other members too.
Thanks TabbyCat. I’m a bit of a lurker if truth be told!!😂I need to lose weight but I’m not really concentrating on that so much as stopping my binge eating. I feel if I set out to “LOSE WEIGHT” it will rebound and I’ll just go back to the binge. I’m also trying to be kinder to myself because I’ve hated my body for far too long.
I take your point about the diet-binge rebound thing. A starting point for getting out of it could be to focus on eating well rather than "losing weight": real food, home cooked, eating until you're full, having two or three meals a day and not eating in between. Enjoying your food helps too, and, for me, trying new foods and new recipes. You'll find plenty of members on the Daily Diary who take that approach.
