That's all I have. Yesterday over. Tomorrow not here yet. Eating "spasm" this AM, usual great oatmeal that I love and most days I make it through the AM fine, but not this AM. So after an hour of grazing variety (weather cold and grey outside but if I can take a walk later anyway). Decided to get other positive things done as much as possible so not to feel so defeated by the eat food spell that overtook me. Accomplished things and stayed in motion after seated etc. like at this desktop. I told myself to keep my sensible self in charge and not to eat anything else till much later when I'm actually hungry. And then keep it prunes (for my constipation problem) and veggies and proteins only. Can I do this?? I want to so badly but I'm so "hard core" with this behavior. It's exhausting, painful and simply overwhelming right now no matter all my promises to myself and recalling a kind of "remission" I've had at times in my life.

Today
Hi Casacera, I'm glad to see you posting when you are struggling but i do feel you would get much more support if you join in with the spirit of the forum which is to join in with our events. The Daily diary is a great place to discus anything whatsoever, not just eating issues. There are always members in and out of there throughout the day and if you chat with them they will happily chat back with you. I fear if you continue with standalone post, which are absolutely fine, you wont receive the support you are looking for.
Why not give it a go?

Ah keep at it. There are lots of good tips on here from people. My biggest breakthrough since joining this site was adopting a low-carb, high fat style of eating. I found that finally satiated my appetite and I found I am not hungry between meals. So many diets taught me to maximise bulk of food while minimising calories to feel full. I actually find eating small portions while including healthy fat fills me up faster and longer. Anyway, keep at it and you will eventually find what works for you. Best wishes.
