Friday is my weigh day and the scales were kind to me today! I started my weight loss journey at 25st 3lbs and felt a bit disheartened after going up 2lbs in my first week, a bit better losing it a week later but this week I lost a further 3lbs! I am now exactly 25st! I had weighed myself last Saturday out of curiousity after having a cheat day last Friday, and the scales said then that I was 25st and I was like what?! But I told myself to try not to think much of it and just wait until Friday, see if it actually does say that, or maybe even more. I was prepared for it to not be 3lbs, maybe 1-2lbs. But my oh my I had a big smile on my face when it still said 3lbs today! Next week I'll (hopefully) be going into the 24st region! My goal is to try and lose 3-5lbs plus try a new recipe and go on at least 1 walk. I ordered The 5:2 Diet Book and 5:2 Veggie & Vegan Book by Kate Harrison so I hope those help me as I plan to try the 5:2 diet plus LCHF.
