Well my day has arrived. Fasting from 7am. Sont know when I shall next eat. Must bee good for the diet. Had scrambled egg. 1 slice toast and fresh orange. Thats it for today. I have to be at the hospital for 1. Wish it was a morning one and get it over with. Yes. I am a bit nervous but will be worth it in the end.

You have a truckload of supporters here cheering you on your way. Good luck.
Thank you so much everyone. Its been a long journey but I am now home. Yaaaa. There was a slight compication as my gaul bladder was in a bad state and massively swollen and full of stones. It was boarderline on wether to take it out but they did. So glad they did as I would of had to go through this again. They were talking about sending me home on meds to reduce it before doing the opp. So glad that didn't happen. Now on the road to a full recovery and a better life. No more and dashing to the toilet. Thank you for all your support and help getting me thro this.
Once I am mobile the next stage is to shift this extra weight. Once step at a time
😀🤫
Good to hear you're back home and that they went ahead as planned. Take good care of yourself, plenty of rest and taking it easy. Xx
It would make it easier if you hadn't had the toast and juice as they would have raised your insulin levels which stimulates the release of your hunger hormone.
Well done. Look after yourself.
Good Luck to you xxx
Good luck and hope it all goes well and home soon.
Glad you had your op and good luck with a speedy recovery. It's the anesthetic that ruins your appetite but as you said it will help with the weight loss.
That's great news! Glad to hear you're home following successful op. Good luck with a speedy recuperation xx
