Hi, I started going to the gym 2 weeks ago and lost 2,4 kg but gained body fat. I'm doing something wrong when training but not sure what to do, I need to do more weight lifting? Which kinds of exercise? And less cardio? If someone can give me an advice it would be great. Also I want to start taking whey protein not sure if is okay. Thanks

I'm really not great for advice on exercise. We have a Fit is Fun Club and you might find some answers there. However, re losing weight and fat, by far the most important thing is what, and how, you eat. Exercise has many benefits but when it comes to weight loss, it's your food choices you need to work on most.
