Got through Father’s day

Today went well. I started off with a healthy breakfast of egg and fruit in case the rest of the day didn’t go so healthy. I don’t think I over indulged. I probably had less than I normally do on Sunday I stuck to 2 treats and they were a bag of crisps which were a big bag about half full and the least red on the traffic light system microwave dinner I could find. It was too warm to cook. I am doing well on other days with food. My family thought I lost a lot of weight this week and I feel I did too. So I’m going too stick to healthier eating for the rest of the week and I should have some weight lost by Wednesday hopefully. These days I’m leaving it longer between my meals and not snacking as much.
