Glad to hear that you're feeling happy and loosing some weight. How was your walking group in the end? Did it help with your anxiety?

If you follow the link that BridgeGirl has posted above you can post your progress in the weigh-in group like you did last week. People post in there each Friday and say how much weight they lost or gained in the last week and then support each other.

The walking group is great. I am glad it gets me out, just don't like it when I have to go home.
