I just read your piece on the magazine article and couldn't agree with you more. These magazines always write dribble with no proper life experiences only to make you spend more money on their products. Your right it is Not healthy to be overweight but that's not to say these overweight people are not beautiful in their own right and your not saying that they aren't.

People spend millions ever year on diet pills, exercise equipment slimming clubs etc and why, Not because they think it's healthy to be overweight but because they know the opposite and are unhappy with their body image(me included).

I think what you wrote should have replaced that article and what we really need is to read more encouraging stories and not crap that sends the wrong message.

Guys you are beautiful and you can do it.
