I would like some advice I am at my goal weight but I struggle to keep my weight up without losing anymore weight. I have stopped calorie counting. I know what my problem is I'm eating to healthy (that was what my doctor said to me). But I don't have a sweet tooth anymore.

Can anyone offer any advice?

Hello Lotus-Blossom. It's hard to make suggestions without know what and how you're eating. Why not join in with the Daily Diary and share your meal plans there? You could pick up some ideas and get useful feedback. You could also join the Maintainers' Club.

I know that's not exactly what you want but talking to other members about their food choices could give you some ideas :)

Hi Lotus, interesting.....my suggestion would be to look at macro diet, so it looks at where you are getting calories from, carbs, fats and proteins. Their are macro calculators online that work it out for you. Which might give you an idea of what to add more in your diet.
