I lost a lot of weight and intitualy I had great will power but since a year ago I’ve lost my focus and now I really need and want to get back on track and loose the weight I’ve regained and finally except myself and love what I see in the mirror would be ideal. I need guidance free that is and support from others I’d appreciate it a lot thanks

Hi Pam. I'm in exactly the same boat! So, I'm trying to be active on here, and be kind/loving to myself, instead of always mentally criticising and berating myself. I've also started journaling and finding things to be grateful for.

Hi Thankyou for replying to me.I’m glad you understand it’s very difficult especially as I’m dealing with so much crap really my job I hate which makes me feel down and I look for approval off other s especially men. It’s like being an alcoholic resitting a drink, you know you shouldn’t eat bad things but you do anyway and there’s a voice in your head saying have it have it and then berating yourself afterwards and so much guilt. I’ve been good I think last few days I’ve not eaten chocolate and I’m trying my best.💙🙏💙
