Hi, I hate calorie counting so decided to spend some time calculating the calories for half a dozen things I cook a lot to make it easier. Really struggled finding the raw ingredients, eg no raw Red Peppers listed, only boiled ones. I had to guess if it would be the same. It’s nearly all ready meals & junk food. Is there another list I haven’t found?

Try the free Myfitnesspal app . You can scan barcodes and it stores meals and your common go to foods.
Hi, are you using an app to calculate the calories? I find ‘my fitness pal’ app really handy. You can just input an ingredient once and it stores it there for you. You can also scan bar codes on items etc.

If you hate calorie counting, why not try a different way of eating that doesn't involve having to do it? Here's a straightforward plan that doesn't require any counting healthunlocked.com/api/redi...
Thanks. Someone said there were different plans but, as I said, I really struggle with this site- can’t find anything.
Always start with Pinned Posts, because you'll find everything there healthunlocked.com/weight-l...
You also need to get rid of the HU app and log on using your phone's browser.
If you have a laptop, it's much easier to learn how to use the forum using it.

There are thousands of lists all over the internet plus a load of apps. Although I sometimes use them mostly I just Google things e.g. "red pepper calories" instantly tells me it's 31 per 100g. Not that I need to often because, like a lot of people here, I don't like calorie counting so I don't do it.
I am using Fatsecrets app. Seems pretty helpful.
