Hello, jadie1994, and welcome to the weight loss forum :)It's not a question I can answer but maybe someone else could help. I would say, though, that calculating calories burned in any particular exercise is pretty unreliable. Also, by far the bigger factor in weight loss is what, and how, we eat. Exercise/activity has so many other benefits but I would say don't rely on it for weight loss; just do what you enjoy, then you're more likely to stick with it.
