Wow just done 50 mins of my new Strictly Fit DVD. All I can say is OMG that was exhausting! No wonder those dancers are so toned and slim! πŸ’ƒπŸΌπŸ’ƒπŸΌπŸ’ƒπŸΌπŸ’ƒπŸΌπŸ’ƒπŸΌ

Have you ever tried Zumba or Tai Chi?

I've done a bit of Zumba, never done Tai Chi, but I'll try most sports except horse riding - due to allergy

Tai Chi is also like Zumba, but both have different types. Take a look and see which type of either class seems to be the perfect one for you. You may even want to do both if they are on different days. I love Zumba!

I have a ZUMBA GOLD class at my SR. Center.

I saw the other day that you had ordered it so I did the same - should get mine in the next couple of days :) :)

I love Strictly and looking forward to strutting my self. What's the music like?

I only did the learn the steps section yesterday so the music wasn't that important. There's a section where it's just the music without the instruction which I haven't tried yet. Good for Β£2.37 though!

I heard when she was interviewed about her participation in the show that Carol Kirkwood the BBC weather presenter lost three stones whilst on Strictly

I'm not surprised, the contestants do about 30 hours training, and the professionals have to do all the other show dances as well. Mind you, it gave close ups of their feet and they look terrible - especially Ola Jordan.
