Hi everyone. I wasn’t sure where to post this but I wanted to share this recipe for a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting in case anyone has birthdays coming up. I usually hate keto bakes but this was honestly fantastic. I’ve eaten half of it over the week for my birthday whilst still losing a pound so they tell the truth!
The only difference I did was not adding all the milk to the mixture and use a bit less salt and it genuinely tastes exactly like a normal chocolate cake. It looks really dense before you put it in the oven but don’t panic it will rise and tastes better than it looks in the picture (I was too lazy to get the icing bags out)! Just double the recipe for a two tier cake. there’s also a video on the link which shows what it looks like inside and if you had the patience to decorate unlike me who just wanted to eat it
