So I ve been mindful of what I am eating and I have become aware of a few things that happen while I m going about my kitchen duties ! I nibble and snack on sweet things so sugar is sweet on my lips but has defo gone to the hips ! I ve cut out sugar from my coffee and am getting used to the new familiar none sugared coffee that I reach for each morning ! How’s everyone else dealing with reduced sugar intake !?

Picture just for interest I saw this while out last weekend. !

I only used sugar (i.e. granulated sugar) in coffee; I used to have 1 spoon of the stuff, and had 1-4 cups a day.... I switched from sugar to sweetener (I found sweetex to be the best tasting); at first it wasn't great, you could taste the difference, however, after some time I just got used to it and now I don't even notice; sometimes I just have coffee without sweetener, but as I like my coffee fairly strong it's very bitter!

I am the same definitely a nibbler. I will sit down and eat a very healthy meal and then pop back to the kitchen and snack when I am on my own. Ingrained habits which I am trying hard to break. Since cutting down on carbs a week ago, I am feeling so much better. Lots more energy so I know its definitely worth it. Cravings for sugary foods is less also.
