You will need to find an eating plan that you will find sustainable, any 'quick fix' will just result in you regaining weight.
Here is a link to a post put together by Sofajockey, with lots of plans you could chose from. I would suggest that you spend a bit of time researching and seeing what appeals to you.
Of course the obvious thing to start with, whilst you are doing some research, would be to cut out any junk foods, things containing sugar and fizzy drinks and go careful on the alcohol, if that is something you enjoy. You could use a smaller plate and watch your portion sizes
