So much easier to keep on track if you don't have any time to think about food...especially the carbs you crave. Shed a few this week, running and reading next week, then on to LCHF following that.
Hiya and thanks for the wise words. I'm always better at weekends and times where I am busy but work lately has been quite demoralising! Better times will come and I'm a positive person so I can do this 🙂 have a good weekend
