It's been a long time since I have been 'on it'. I've been looking forward to getting back 'on it'. The day has arrived and it's been harder than I thought it would be, but I am determined to keep going to the end of the year. I may not be able to write a blog every single day, but I will be 'on it' every single day until the end of the year. I will keep recording and reflecting as much as possible.
Hi Sean one step at a time mate. Two weeks and you may be able to move four pounds. That's a stone off. There is a good chance you could do another seven pounds before the end of the year so you're then only seven pounds short of your original two stone loss.
You were my inspiration and motivator. You were talking recently about LCHF that has really worked for me and doesn't mean I'm craving food all the time. Eat carbs and you'll crave more carbs.
I'm nearly at three stone off now with a nother half to go after that. Then I hope to join the maintainers group and carry on with the weekly weigh in to keep me on track. I'm cycling more than ever and treated myself to a really good light new to me bike as a reward .
Well now you are mine. It's great that you are doing so well and hopefully I can get back on it and keep going this time. It's just getting out of the bad habits I had formed over the month that I lost it and went back to eating garbage and drinking a lot. I am already (even after two days) feeling better, but the cravings for carbs keeps coming, so I am hoping that it will subside once I start the LCHF thing. This week is for shedding a couple of pounds, next week is to get back on the running and reading up on LCHF, and then it's have a go at it and see what happens. I need to get to the same point as you, 3/3.5 stones off. I'll keep going, I'll keep pushing and hopefully then I will get to see the slim, muscular man I want to be standing in front of the mirror. Keep peddling!
