Having finished my 60 miles in September running, I am having a rest for a few days to give my legs a break.

Well done WW2 on kicking the beer, trouble with drinking is that it makes me want to nibble, one thing leads to another. Great on the run front too, people do say that once you start you get hooked. You're doing great so don't be too hard on yourself.

Woohoo 🎉 Running 60 miles in one month 😮 Well done 👏 You have a very well deserved rest now.

One thought on trying to reduce carbs. I started that after reading the good advice on this site and key to making it work was to increase healthy fats at the same time which reduced the hunger pangs. For me it meant adding avocado 🥑 to my salad, cheese 🧀 to my soup and having some lower carb nuts (peanuts, macadamias, walnuts or pecans) handy for when I had low energy. It might help you too 😊 hope it works.
