Weekdays I have this salad with stuffed pepper with rice. I usually cook three or four peppers with rice and keep them in the fridge. Salad is lettuce, onions, cucumber and tomatoes. Then I add about 10g of cheese and ham or spam or corn beef whatever is left over in the fridge. A slug of cider vinegar and a small amount of low calorie salad cream.

That looks very colourful and packed with vitamins 👏👍😊. Perhaps a little low in calories? Don’t be afraid of fat, maybe adding a little olive oil dressing, or a few nuts, then it will keep you full for longer 😊
There’s a big difference in how your body uses calories from potatoes compared to those from fat and protein, and a good balance is helpful. Unfortunately not all calories are equal . . .
