Look what I found!

As part of my journey to a healthy me, I gave up smoking 14 months ago and having gained weight am now on a journey to lose it. As part of the journey I have been sorting clothes for the charity shop. I always check the pockets and was surprised to find these cigarettes. I’m debating whether to keep them as a reminder of the fact I have quit or rip them up and bin them. I am not tempted in the slightest to have one.

Get rid you might not feel the need now, but knowing they are there at a later date you might feel different, although you have put on weight concentrate on that without any distractions. Good Luck ❤️🌞🤞

Well done for quitting.🚭 BIN THEM !!!

Nicotine is a highly addictive drug. You will always have the strength not to go and buy them but you don't need them to hand!

Just the fact that you're undecided makes me wonder......................................

Not a chance of a relapse. If I was going to I would have done by now. Had a friend who gave up with a box of 200 sat in the cupboard. She said It’s called willpower.

Congratulations on quitting smoking, that's a truly epic achievement that you can justifiably feel very, very proud of!

If you really want to keep them, then pour something on them that will make them unsmokable, like engine oil.

Or candle wax! Melt a candle and pour it over so it soaks through.
