Speedy Gammon Recipe

Ingredients....

Chopped Gammon

1 Red Pepper -chopped

1 Green Pepper -Chopped

1 Onion-chopped

3 Mushrooms- Sliced

1 Garlic Clove-Fine sliced

10 Cherry Tomatoes

Passata

Method.....

Cook chopped Gammon then set a side

Cook onions,garlic & peppers and mushrooms in wok then add Chopped Gammon,passata and cherry tomatoes, I had mine with homemade chips but you could have it with anything ❤x

thanks Lilly1986 - going to add that to the recipe book. Will be a good way to use up any gammon after a roast (presuming the other members of my house don't snack it away first)
