Hi, my first diary post.
well, I walked to the Chinese Supermarket and took back the foods that were out of date, and did an exchange. I am super excited to have new foods, low calorie, high in nutrition. eg.. Lotus Root, Lotus Seeds, Wolfberry. Dried Bean Curd. Sea Weed. Dried Mushroom. Chinese Cabbage. Big White Radish.. well, I think it is a raddish, not sure, it is a long, thick white round root.. will have to see!
So.. I am researching online, how to cook, what are the benefits of different ingredients of these Asian based soups.. India, China, Cantonese, Thailand, Japan, so very healthy.
This.. is me, trying to be active, in my life changes. Walking daily now, Choosing to buy,as an investment in me. I am thankful for all the information HealthUnlocked has, all the helpful and insightful people.
