Just wondering if anyone has any advice on the effectiveness / experience of taking pro-biotics? Can they encourage weight loss? Are they generally a good thing?
I’m dairy free, so struggled to find a Yakut-style daily shot to take and haven’t considered it. But just found out our local Asda has started to stock an almond milk based on called Beleaf.
Interested to hear any thoughts on pro-biotics.
