New bie joined The daily weigh in .. started being mindful of my food three week ago again in the past lost three stone thru IF. Trying to get back to it but it's not. Working for me at the moment ... perimeno...

The weigh in is a great place to start. They're a very supportive team so do have a chat to them and you'll soon feel part of the team.

I'm wondering if you regained the weight you lost last time. If so, it would suggest you need a different approach this time. Have a look at this very straightforward approach to healthy eating phcuk.org/wp-content/upload... My tip would be to think about your food choices, eat well and, if you then fall into a pattern of eating less often than three times a day, so be it. For me, that was a better way then setting out to "fast" for any particular length of time.
