That looks tasty Lilly, what have you put in you sausage casserole, other than the obvious

I would have had to put some butter on the veg, I just love buttered veg

Thanks @lucigret,it was very tasty,i put the following in it......

1 Large onion,chopped

2 cloves of garlic,crushed

12 sw pork and leak sausages

½ Red Pepper,Sliced

½ Green Pepper,Sliced

1 Small Cougette(zucchini),quarted and sliced

2 tbs of tomato paste

1 can of chopped tomatoes

1 tsp of mixed herbs

1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

½ teaspoon of tabasco

240ml of veg stock

1 can of mixed veg

Salt and Pepper

I dont like butter but it if i did i would have had butter on the veg😊
