A touch more than a couple of pounds per week is a fair target, though without a great deal of margin for error.

Did you have a diet method in mind, Morgan90 ? 😄

Well worth looking around the daily diary and weigh-in threads for options.

As you have set a time target, one possible easy win is to double-check that sugar intake is reduced. I personally avoid foods that contain more than 5g/100g sugar (except for very small quantities).
