I've just had a terrible couple of weeks, bingeing and surprise surprise, putting on weight! Feeling fed up because I have a knee problem and can't do my usual long walks. But, I can ride my bike and tomorrow is the start of a new week. Bring it on!
Sorry you've had a bad week with a sore knee Cerianblue, but good luck with the bike. When I introduced cycling into my exercise routine, I lost 4.75lbs! Let's hope it does the same for you

Today was an excellent day all thanks to you as you inquired how my day went and it gave me tons of encouragement to get up and go to the supermarket and stock up with fruits and veggies plus I had my walk and increasing my drinking . Hope your day was so good!
Yay! Well done. We are clearly good for each other. I kept within my calorie goal and went for a long bike ride. And physio visit was very positive too.
Fantastic! You biked and also counted your calories! I was actually dreading going away as I was terrified that I will not stop eat but all thanks to you and this amazing forum I am now back to eating healthy and walking.
