Hi Paige you Have come to the right place you will get lots of support and advice here. It might be worth recording what you eat each day in the daily diary post which might identify why you are feeling hungry all the time. Good luck.

Some tips that might help, fill up on fluids preferably water. The cravings do subside , distract yourself and occupy your mind. Sometimes relaxing having a bath or walk can help. Or chat to a friend! These are things that help me .Good luck!

Have you tried talking to your GP about it? Or a dietician? Maybe they could helpnyou put a good diet plan together.
It would be a great start, alongside with using the BMI calculator and starting to count calories.
