I started my portion control and workouts at home without any equipment in last week of April 2020, I had lost around 3.5 Kgs (from 93.5 to 90 ) by May 25. I was working out 2-3 times a week.
Since then I have started more protein focused diet but this month there has been no significant changes in the weight and its been over a month. I have been working out 4-5 times a week for 45-60 minutes workouts at home. I am at 89.3 kg at the moment.
Hoping to reduce 9.3 kg in 3 months, any help would be appreciated.
