I might not lose weight , but I have to say thank you to all you guys. It is all because of this programme that I have eaten more healthily ditching the crisps and chocolate and fizzy drinks for fruit. Stopping the pies and having just veg and even contemplating and using exercise like the treadmill to keep me active. Had I never found this website I wouldn't have done this . Maybe I won't lose weight maybe I won't get a flat stomach but at least I have become more conscious about what I am doing with my body and for that guys....

Hi, I’m only new here, but it does seem like there are a lot of helpful people out there. I’m also glad I found this site. If we eat healthier and feel more energetic, more willing to exercise and all of that will make us happier about ourselves - weight loss will happen, I’m sure about that!
