My first smoothie

Strawberry πŸ“ and Banana 🍌 smoothie.

1 x medium banana = 105kcal

200ml almond milk = 45kcal

1 tsp of vanilla extract = 12kcal

120g fresh strawberries = 30kcal

50g greek plain yogurt = 65kcal

20g porridge oats = 60kcal

large cut of crushed ice = free

total kcal 317

I served it in a pina calada glass it's like having a cocktail, yummy !!!

Hi tubby we could, I've just seen a picture of a smoothie made with kiwi too, that sounds nice xxx

the glass is a pina calada glass, my favourite cocktail, but I'm not going near those, the calories are through the roof xx
